Update on Paul's Playoff Picks:
One of my playoff picks, Oklahoma, lost last weekend, so that means 2 of my picks- OU and UGA, have a loss. One more eliminates either of them. Alabama and Clemson both won to stay on track. Only Georgia has a game this weekend, against Florida, so the other 3 are safe for at least one more week.
Games I'm excited about this weekend:
Georgia vs. Florida (Jacksonville)- Can the Dawgs score enough on the Florida defense to win? Can the defense stop the Gators? How good is Florida, really? For that matter, how good are the Dawgs?
Kansas State @ Kansas- Which team can build off the momentum of last wee? Which will have a letdown?
Army @ Air Force- Can the Falcons stay alive in the CIC Trophy chase? Can the Black Knights take the 1st step to claiming the trophy and eliminate AF?
Miami @ FSU- This used to be one of the games of the year, but has meant next to nothing for most of the last 15-20 years. The question now is, which team is less mediocre than the other?
Utah @ Washington- Can Utah stay on track to win the Pac 12 South? A loss here could all but eliminate them...
UAB @ Tennessee- Can UAB pull off the upset? Will UT be looking beyond them to their last 3 SEC games, and take the Blazers lightly?
SMU @ Memphis- Can the Mustangs stay undefeated? Can the Tigers take over in the AAC West?
Oregon @ USC- Can the Ducks stay on the path to a possible playoff berth? Can the Trojans stay in front of Utah?
