Welcome Back!
Normally, I list the teams that moved the most from week to week. However, this week, I added (back) in the Big Ten and Mountain West Conference teams. Since 25 teams were added (Air Force was already in my Power Rankings, even though they were only initially scheduled for 2 games- Navy and Army), that means those at the bottom were pushed down 25 spots. For example, UTEP went from #77 to #102 simply because there were more teams (they're still the worst in FBS, though they are closer to climbing out of the bottom spot). Therefore, I am just going to list the teams and their ranks, and perhaps next week, I will go back to listing their movements. Unless I add the Pac 12 and/or the MAC. I'm not sure when I'll add them yet...
