College Football Preview Part XXV- SEC

Welcome back!

Beginning August 9 and continuing through August 20, I will preview each conference, one per weekday, with predicted order of finish, predicted conference champion, key games, and more.

Below, you will not find in-depth previews- there are plenty of places to find that kind of preview.  Instead, you will find my opinion on such things such as the chances for a team from each conference to make the playoff, and what could surprise you this season.

And now, on with the previews!

Chances to make the playoff: Excellent, and the SEC may even be able to get 2 teams in, depending on how Georgia does against Clemson and in the SECCG, assuming they make it.

Don’t be surprised if… Vandy wins 3 or more games.

I’m not convinced… Florida will finish above Kentucky in the East, as their crossover schedule includes Alabama and UK’s has Miss St (they both play LSU).  The key may be how they fare against each other.

Come back Monday as I begin my in-season schedule, which will all be explained on Monday.  And check out all of my previous previews, Parts 1 through 25.

Until next time, may you and your loved ones be blessed!
